It’s been quite a while since I’ve been home . . . I missed everyone : )
It’s also been a very long time since I’ve had the internet! Ok, it’s been less than a day . . . but that doesn’t mean it was good internet : (
I went to work with Mommy yesterday so that I could check up on the Book Exchange and play a little catch up on my e-mails. The only (ok not the only, but the biggest) issue was that I couldn’t use my Thunderbird to check my e-mails! That meant that I couldn’t send any of the e-mails that I wrote while I was on the plane (at least now without copying them into webmail and dealing with JavaScript errors every minute. It was quite annoying! And there were even a couple of e-mails that webmail wouldn’t send cause the internet was a stupid meany head. Mommy works at a high school, so they have all sorts of sites and types of access blocked — meaning that half the stuff I wanted to do was blocked . . . nothing that started with https worked! Arg!
I did get a chance (something like 10 minutes) to connect to the real internet yesterday on the way home from school, but that just gave me a chance to send and receive . . . at least I got more e-mails to deal with?
Arg . . . I miss the internet!
