This year the Girls of Fourth East provided a special day for the Boys of Fourth East. Go go Valentine's Day...

The Girls decided that they wanted to make pork ribs with BBQ sauce & OJ. This made me sad, it seems like such a bad, bad, evil, awful, thing to do to perfectly harmless ribs...I just couldn't let that happen! [I blame you Daddy] I took charge and spent all day "smoking" six full racks of pork ribs...yes, three pigs worth of ribs...so happy! I used this Weber of the Week, it was very good...especially the sauce, perfectly matching the rib rub...glorious.
