Saturday fun!

Yesterday was great! I slept in and did a whole lotta nothin! Well, that's not true, but it was a very nice day that was quite relaxing! After I woke up I went down to the Birthday Picnic and had a some grapes and cookies. The sandwich wasn't very good, I donno. Anyway...While I was at the picnic I was reminded that our hall had a trip planed. So I went! We took the T out to Forrest Hills and went to the Arboretum. It was so nice! We walled all around for almost two hours looking at all the plants. There was a Bonsai Garden there, it was awesome. There were a couple of trees there that were from the 1790's!! Some from the early 1800's too! They were so beautiful.

After that we went to Haymarket...it's a farmer's market that lasts all day! It was great. Ruth (a girl on my hall) bought some fish that we are going to bake for dinner tonight. It's going to be quite yummy. The whole point of going to Haymarket was to get fruit for a Hall Feed. We voted for some of our hall money to go towards feeds, where we get lots of yummie food! And the Fruit Feed was one that passed. So, we had $30 bucks to spend on Fruit. It was a lot of money! We didn't even use all the money and had so much fruit that some of it is still left over. There are great prices at the Haymarket. We got 3 lbs of plums for $1.00, and that's just one example!

The concert last night was nice too! Amrita got put in charge of the food for the night, so I helped her out. There was a Basement Party too. That was a lot of fun! I donno. Nothing really stands out from the party as really great, it was just fun to hang out and not worry about anything.

After the party, guess where I ended up again! yeah, that's right Eddie & Isaac's room. It was fun though. I sat and talked to Eddie for a good hour before anyone else came in. It's great to have a serious conversation every once and a while that's not about school! Anyway. We just hung out in there till all hours of the night. About 4 I feel asleep down there, but it's ok, no one has to worry....Amrita and Isaac fell asleep too, and Eddie was playing his little cheesy game. It's sad. It's a really strange game, but oddly addictive! Anyway. Even though I have tomorrow off, I need to get going and do some stuff, like tool and clean my room! Bye!
